1. Personal Branding I: UNDERSTAND THE POWER OF YOUR PERSONAL BRAND
Personal branding fundamentals and engaging exercises help individuals and participants in workshops, seminars and speaking events understand how to identify core brand assets and the importance of consistently communicating what happens because of you™ and what you are known for through your image, brand voice, and the experience of knowing you or working with you.
2. Personal Branding II: BRING YOUR PERSONAL BRAND TO LIFE™
This engaging process and topic will guide individuals and groups through the process of delivering an impactful brand message for written, verbal and online execution. Participants will have completed “Understand the Power of Your Personal Brand” prior to this level and completed the exercises. Workshops are designed to allow participants to refine messaging and practice delivery in small groups and to the large group for valuable feedback. For individual coaching, Kathleen will review and aggregate the work into a customized Personal Brand Summary and provide coaching to review and refine messaging.
3. Personal Branding III: LEVERAGE YOUR PERSONAL BRAND IN BUSINESS AND JOB SEARCH
At this stage individuals are ready to leverage their personal brand and integrate brand messaging into marketing materials (including professional bio or profile, resume, LinkedIn, photography, brochures, website content, creative brief for graphic design/logo development, speech delivery, executive visibility programs, speaking bureaus, publicity/PR) and verbal delivery (interviews, introductions, networking dialogue, elevator speech). Kathleen provides feedback and marketing strategy consulting as well as copywriting and editing services, individual coaching and proactive marketing and executive visibility services.
